Lane division on road section

Vägmärket anger körriktning i körfält och är anpassat efter förhållandena på platsen. I detta fall visar märket att körbanan har två körfält i din körriktning och ett avgränsat körfält i motsatt riktning. Vägmärket används även som förberedande upplysning om körfältsindelning, avståndet anges då på en tilläggstavla. Symboler för fordonsslag, vägnummer eller fysisk avgränsning (exempelvis mitträcke) mellan motriktade körfält kan även vara infogade i märket.

The road sign indicates the direction of travel of the lanes. The sign is adapted to the conditions of the location. In this case, the sign shows that the carriageway has two lanes in your direction of travel and one separate lane – delimited by a central barrier – in the opposite direction. Symbols for vehicle type, road number or physical boundary (for example, a central barrier) between opposite lanes may be inserted in the sign. If the sign is used preparatory, the distance to when the lane division starts is indicated on an additional panel.
