Direction of priority road at junction

Tilläggstavlan anger vilka anslutande vägar som har väjningsplikt i en korsning. Tilläggstavlan visar en stiliserad version av den kommande korsning, där du kommer nerifrån och den väg som inte har väjningsplikt markeras med ett tjockare streck än övriga vägar. Vägen som markeras med ett tjockare streck är i regel en huvudled. I detta fall har du alltså väjningsplikt i korsningen eftersom du kör på en väg som är markerat med ett smalt streck. När du inte kör på en huvudled (som i detta fall) används tavlan som en tilläggstavla under vägmärket "Väjningsplikt" eller "Stopplikt". När du kör på en huvudled används tavlan som en tilläggstavla under huvudledsskylten. Tilläggstavlan är anpassad efter förhållandena på platsen. Korsningen på tavlan kan alltså se ut på olika sätt.

The additional panel indicates which connecting roads have a duty to give way at the junction. The panel shows a stylized version of the upcoming junction, where you come from below and the road that does not have a duty to give way is marked with a thicker line than the other roads. The road marked with a thicker line is usually a priority road. In this case you have a duty to give way at the junction, since you are driving on a road marked with a thin line. When you are not driving on a priority road (as in this case), the panel is used as an additional panel below the road sign "Give way" or "Stop". When driving on a priority road, the panel is used as an additional panel below the road sign "Priority road". The sign is adapted to the conditions of the location. This means that the junction on the sign may look different.
